This option involves 15 hours of one-to-one classes every week with your teacher at their home in New York City. You will be provided with your own bedroom and study area, where you can do extra work if desired. One of the main advantages of this home tuition programme is that you will continue to practise your English language communication skills outside of your class schedule, since you will have to speak the language with your host family and the people of New York.

The EO Morning class is a general English language course taught in small classes which allows our expert teachers to provide individual feedback and advice on how to improve and further develop language skills.

This Semi-Intensive English language programme offers students the opportunity to study English in the United States, while also having the freedom to explore and experience the culture. ENGLISH CLASSES The school's wide-ranging syllabus will develop your overall linguistic skills, helping you to read, write, understand and speak English with confidence and clarity. Where appropriate, you will use K+ Course Books in the classroom as part of the K+ learning system.

K+(OUR BLENDED LEARNING SYSTEM) Your K+ sessions will allow you to practise and develop what you have learnt in the classroom with K+ Online, K+ Learning Clubs, and K+ Online Extra.

This Intensive English programme focuses on teaching you critical thinking, how to deliver presentations, public speaking, note-taking, academic research, and more.

• Skills Enhancement Classes: Exact courses offered at each location may vary, but ELS Centers offer Skills Enhancement Classes dedicated to subjects such as American Idioms, American Film, Current Events, and American Culture – enabling you to not only learn the English language, but to become part of the conversation.

• Applied Learning: In the United States, Contact America! allows you to meet with native English-speakers, practice conversing while using real-world English, and listen to guest lecturers.

All levels of instruction are available. Please note: we cannot guarantee schedules, classes may be in the morning or afternoon, depending on level availability.
The Semi Intensive Language Program comprises eight levels of ESL and Post-Advanced classes. It is perfect for tourists who would like an English language learning experience and still have free time to explore the city. Post-Advanced classes include academic level Listening/Speaking as well as Reading/Writing courses, TOEFL prep and Business English. All courses offer integrated skills. Students interact with real English to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Students do not attend on Fridays.

This Semi-Intensive English course consists of the General English course combined with 7 K+ lessons totalling 27 lessons per week. The content focuses on reading, writing, listening, conversation, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation through an integrated skills approach. This includes access to K+ Online complementary learning materials as well as access to teacher-led study sessions with guidance and monitoring and access to K+ Online Extra additional learning materials for self‑directed study. 

The Semi-Intensive English course is a semi-intensive program that allows you to balance classroom tuition with structured study and free time activities. You will improve your English language ability at a speed you feel comfortable with, while having time to enjoy your destination.

This course is available at all levels from Elementary to Advanced and you will be placed in a class which is suitable for your level. The course focuses on the four main aspects of language: reading, writing, listening and speaking. You’ll also learn vocabulary and grammar, and how to speak in formal and informal discussions and strategies.

The English Tourist Programme allows you to take the same English classes as the Standard Programme, but is eligible for students with a Tourist Visa. In the Integrated Skills class, you will work on improving your English grammar knowledge and reading and writing skills. There are 8 levels so you will always be in the class that’s right for you. This programme leaves you a lot of time to explore New York and enjoy your time here.

Included in this course package is the following: Daily English lessons, some evening themed nights (Discos, Movie nights, Talent Contests, Karaoke etc.) and either 8 or 14 supervised city excursions (depending on the course duration 2 weeks/3 weeks). Anglo's language and leisure programme has been designed to give you an integrated learning experience.
